Consequently, I adopt a “bio-psycho-socio-ecological” process. I see us as relational beings and assist you to develop greater harmony between your natural being and your social being.

My method helps you bring back playfulness and creativity, which may have been lost for many reasons, as a means to help you find a greater sense of self-love, deeper sense of fulfillment, and more profound satisfaction in Life.

My integrative approach, founded in Person-Centred Therapy, may utilize processes from:
