Based on the internationally recognized MBCT course, created by University of Oxford Mindfulness Research Center. MBCT is evidenced to support mental wellbeing, managing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction recovery. MBCT helps increase motivation and taking actions toward life transformation.

Eco-MBCT brings an ecological perspective to how we may not only survive but thrive in a chaotic uncertain world.
