Playful improvisation that is scientifically evidenced to increase cognition, imagination and creativity

This program embraces both practice and theory, blending history, philosophy, art and science into a holistic and non-dogmatic approach.

MIND FLOW YOGA’’s approach emphasizes the importance of personal exploration and the fluid nature of understanding. By framing foundational concepts as tools rather than absolute truths, the program encourages a flexible and individualized approach.
It acknowledges the impermanence and complexity of the world, suggesting that individuals benefit more from cultivating their own inner guidance—an anchor for stability and a compass for direction—than from adhering strictly to external or fixed systems of belief. PROGRAM STRUCTURE
75 Hours Total: 15 contact hours + 60 guided private practice hours
Weekly Sessions: One 90-minute session with daily practice of one hour (formal practice, study, and integration into daily life).
